Each Am Di Avenue order is carefully prepared and packaged in Melbourne, Australia. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Standard Shipping - $12 AUD Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping - $16 AUD Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days after dispatch.

Complimentary standard shipping is available on all Australian orders over $200 AUD.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of Am Di Avenue’s control.

 

Returns

Each piece from Am Di Avenue’s first collection is one of one, with only a single garment available in each design. Due to the unique nature and limited availability of this collection, we ask that you carefully review all product information, sizing and garment measurements before completing your purchase.

For this first collection, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, if you have purchased an incorrect size, or if you simply decide you no longer want the item.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or have had their original tags removed cannot be accepted for a return or exchange.

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or you have received the incorrect item, please contact hello@amdiavenue.com with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can assist you.

Where an item has a problem covered by the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. Nothing in this returns policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
