Shipping Policy

Am Di Avenue currently ships within Australia.

Processing Times
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is $12 AUD, or free on orders of $200 AUD and over. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping
Express shipping is $16 AUD. Estimated delivery is 1-2 business days after dispatch.

Tracking
All Am Di Avenue orders are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your parcel's delivery.

Delivery Delays
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside of Am Di Avenue's control. Once an order has been dispatched, delays experienced by the shipping carrier may occur.

Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, please contact Am Di Avenue as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch; however, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If you believe your parcel has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact Am Di Avenue with your order number and details of the issue so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

International Shipping
Am Di Avenue currently ships within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this stage.
